The Perfect Bath

I don't know about you, but I love a good relax in the bath! Whilst at home I like to make the most of having a bath as I don't have one at uni. There are so many great products you can use to enhance your bath and make it an even more relaxing experience, almost like a spa!

I have chosen a range of different products which will make your bath feel and smell AMAZING!

Bath Oils
I absolutely love bath oils, they are the perfect end to a stressful day. Not only are bath oils great for your physical well being, they are great for your mental and emotional well being. Bath oils have been praised for helping the circulation of our blood and also relieving our joints from pain after a long day. If you are going through a stressful time these are the perfect accessory to your bath.
1. This is the Balm Balm 100% Organic Relaxing Bath & Body Oil - Rose Geranium 100ml (£13) which is created with rose geranium, mandarin, lavender & ylang ylang essential oils infused into calendula, sunflower, evening primrose, rosehip & jojoba oils. This is the perfect oil to create a relaxing bath or lift your mood. Even more, this product is suitable as a face treatment once a week which means you get two products in one! The oils blended in this product have been known to assist depression, cellulite, bruises, stress and anxiety!

2.This little trio is the Aromatherapy Associates Essentials - Relax, De-Stress, Revive (£25) consisting of three different products each targeting a different outcome. The oils include a blend of soothing wild camomile, spicy frankincense, sensuous rosemary and soft aloe vera, ingredients which have been known to assist acne, detoxify your body, ease achy joints, lower stress or anxiety and much more. These oils are the perfect trio for a full bath oil experience, packaged also in dainty, classy bottles.

Bath Milks
Bath milks are absolutely brilliant for your skin. Not only do bath milks sooth and moisturise the skin, they are known to exfoliate it as well do to the containment of lactic acid. Adding a bath milk to your bath will create a gorgeous silky feel to the water which feels absolutely luxury.

3. Here are the Lemongrass House Bath Milks (14.99) which are all handmade in Thailand and beautifully packaged. All products from Lemongrass House are paraben and fragrance free which is amazing as the smells are so strong, it makes you appreciate the natural ingredients and effort put into the creation.

4. This is the Body Shop Polynesia Lotus & Frangipani Flower Bath Milk (£10) , containing ingredients known to relieve stress, moisturise skin and uplift your mood. This product has received great reviews and really is worth it. just add the product to water and swirl it around to create a silky, great smelling bath.

Bath Bombs
Who doesn't love a good bath bomb? I know I do! Bath bombs are great, coming in a variety of shapes, sizes and fragrances. Each bath bomb has a different benefit as they contain different essential oils. I love buying bath bombs as they are so pretty and each one is different from the next.

5.  These bath bombs are from Bomb Cosmetics which is a fabulous company a lot like LUSH. They make loads of bath products which are gorgeous and smell great.

Candles
I couldn't live without candles they are amazing at creating a relaxing atmosphere! I think choosing a candle scent is all down to personal preference, I love to go for fresh, floral scents. Light a candle alongside your bath and dim the lights to create a spa like atmosphere!

6. Here are a few of my favourite scented candles by Wax Lyrical, available online or I get mine through Tesco. The three above are priced at £6 which i think is a good price as the product is amazing, the scent is strong and the candle is durable.

Accessories
To make your bath extra relaxing you can add a few different items which will enhance your comfort.

7. The Diva Darling Terry Headband  (£4.95) is perfect for holding your hair off your face.

8. This Body Shop Inflatable Bath Pillow (£8) is perfect for supporting your head and easing you into a relaxing bath.

Let me know if you have tried any of these products and what you though about them! Also let me know if you have any bath rituals which help you relax and what products you use!

lots of love
