Hello my lovelies, long time no speak!
I love a good red lipstick, especially because my skin is so pale, it really stands out! This is the Collection 2000 Deluxe Lipstick in Prohibition 1 (£3.99). I thought i'd give this product a go as i have seen various other bloggers review it. I love the Collection 2000 concealer so I had high hopes for their lipstick.
The packaging is a silvery metallic like mirror which gives it a luxurious and classy look. I like the fact that you can see the exact colour of the product at the bottom through the plastic casing. At first the packaging looks very sleek however, it will scratch extremely easy, losing the newly bought feel.
I absolutely loved the colour of the product, however, the texture is not for me. The product is very greasy and oily. I like sheer lipsticks but this one is just way too greasy. In regards to lasting ability, it stays put for about an hour at most, if you're constantly on the move during the day or out at night, I would not recommend you buy this product. Because I used a lip liner before applying the lipstick, I was left with a red line around my lips which looked ridiculous! I wish I had loved this product as it is so cheap however, I will not be repurchasing or using it again.
