Tower Coffee House

As I've mentioned before, Eds parent own a gorgeous little coffee shop set in an authentic tower of the Conwy Castle. My mum and I decided to visit for a drink and some cake. I have a hot chocolate (they are amazing) and a slice of fudge cake whilst mum kept it traditional with a cream tea. We managed to bag a window seat which has beautiful views over the Conwy Quay. If you ever pay a visit to Conwy, pop in and make sure you try the hot chocolate! 

 

Date Night // Life Update

 

I have been working non stop recently as has Ed, with two jobs, a blog and a social life, it's hard to juggle time. I thought that I would take the time to bake Ed a Pavlova as it is his favourite, he works a lot so when he gets home he is always tired. I also cooked us a recipe from SimplyCook.com (see previous post) which tasted lovely! We lit a few candles and finished the night with some hot chocolates in our new mugs. I love going out for meals but sometimes staying in can beat everything else. It really is the little things that mean the most.
